Welcome to SabkaJobs.co.in (“Website”, “Platform”, “SabkaJobs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), owned and operated by SUBH BHARATH STUDY TOOL PVT LTD (CIN: U80302AP2022PTC121064).

By accessing or using SabkaJobs.co.in, whether as a Job Seeker, Employer, Recruiter, or Visitor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. ABOUT SABKAJOBS

SabkaJobs.co.in is an online employment platform that connects Job Seekers with Employers. We provide recruitment services, job listings, profile hosting, resume services, recruitment support, skill development programs, and other value-added services.

SabkaJobs acts only as a technology platform and recruitment facilitator. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing company, or party to any employment agreement between Job Seekers and Employers.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • All information submitted is true and accurate.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You agree to:

  • Keep your password secure.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Update your profile whenever necessary.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

SabkaJobs is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. JOB SEEKER SERVICES

Job Seekers may use the Platform to:

  • Create professional profiles
  • Upload resumes
  • Apply for jobs
  • Receive interview notifications
  • Purchase optional value-added services
  • Participate in placement training programs

SabkaJobs does not guarantee employment, interview calls, salary levels, or job offers.

5. EMPLOYER SERVICES

Employers may use the Platform to:

  • Register their company
  • Post job vacancies
  • Search candidate profiles
  • Contact suitable candidates
  • Access recruitment tools

Employers must ensure that all job postings are genuine, lawful, and accurate.

6. VALUE-ADDED SERVICES

SabkaJobs may offer optional paid services including:

  • Resume Writing
  • Premium Profile Visibility
  • Skill Development Programs
  • Placement Training
  • Document Processing
  • Recruitment Support

All fees are displayed before purchase.

7. PLACEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

Eligible candidates may voluntarily enroll in our Placement Training Program.

The program may include:

  • Training modules
  • Career guidance
  • Resume assistance
  • Company referrals
  • Profile forwarding

An onboarding fee may apply.

Where applicable, candidates may also enter into a separate legally binding Placement Agreement governing any success fee or additional obligations.

Participation in this program does not guarantee employment.

8. EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Employers agree to:

  • Post only genuine job opportunities.
  • Treat candidates fairly.
  • Not charge candidates money for jobs.
  • Comply with all applicable labour laws.
  • Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes.
  • Protect candidate privacy.

Employers shall not:

  • Post fake jobs.
  • Mislead candidates.
  • Collect candidate data for resale.
  • Spam candidates.
  • Use automated scraping tools.
  • Share candidate data with unauthorized third parties.

9. JOB SEEKER RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Seekers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Upload genuine documents.
  • Apply only for legitimate opportunities.
  • Maintain professional conduct.

Job Seekers shall not:

  • Create fake profiles.
  • Upload forged certificates.
  • Misrepresent qualifications.
  • Misuse employer information.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.

10. JOB OFFERS AND EMPLOYMENT

SabkaJobs only facilitates introductions between Job Seekers and Employers.

Employment decisions, interviews, salaries, joining dates, employment terms, resignations, promotions, terminations, and workplace disputes remain solely between the Employer and the Job Seeker.

SabkaJobs is not responsible for employment outcomes.

11. 6-MONTH JOB SECURITY PROGRAM

Where both the Employer and Job Seeker voluntarily agree to participate in a 6-Month Job Security Program, the commitment exists only between those parties.

SabkaJobs is not a party to that employment agreement and assumes no responsibility for enforcing it.

12. PAYMENTS

Payments made for optional services are subject to the applicable payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on SabkaJobs.co.in, including:

  • Logos
  • Website Design
  • Source Code
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Software
  • Databases
  • Algorithms

is the exclusive property of SUBH BHARATH STUDY TOOL PVT LTD and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

  • Upload illegal content.
  • Spread malware or viruses.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Scrape website data.
  • Reverse engineer the Platform.
  • Interfere with website operations.
  • Create multiple fraudulent accounts.
  • Use bots or automated systems.
  • Violate applicable laws.

15. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

SabkaJobs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if a user:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Misuses the Platform.
  • Provides false information.
  • Attempts unauthorized access.
  • Damages the reputation of SabkaJobs.

16. DISCLAIMER

SabkaJobs provides its services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Interviews
  • Salary levels
  • Candidate selection
  • Employer authenticity
  • Continuous website availability
  • Error-free operation

Users access the Platform at their own risk.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SabkaJobs and SUBH BHARATH STUDY TOOL PVT LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Employment disputes
  • Salary disputes
  • Offer withdrawals
  • Workplace misconduct
  • Employer decisions
  • Candidate decisions
  • Financial losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our role ends once a Job Seeker and Employer enter into an employment relationship.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SabkaJobs, SUBH BHARATH STUDY TOOL PVT LTD, its directors, employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of the Platform.
  • Your breach of applicable laws.
  • Any disputes between Employers and Job Seekers.

19. PRIVACY

Your use of SabkaJobs.co.in is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

20. MODIFICATIONS

SabkaJobs may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.

23. ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

Users who wish to permanently delete their SabkaJobs account may submit an Account Deletion Request through the designated Account Deletion page available on our website or application.

To process your request, you must provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address used to register/login to the app
  • Password associated with your app account (for verification purposes)
  • Reason for requesting account deletion

Before submitting the request, you must acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions:

  • I understand that requesting account deletion is permanent and may result in the loss of access to my SabkaJobs account, profile, job applications, saved jobs, messages, and other account-related data.
  • I understand that certain records may be retained by SabkaJobs where required by applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or for legitimate business purposes, even after my account is deleted.
  • I understand that once my account deletion request is approved and completed, it may not be possible to recover my account or its associated data.
  • I understand that SabkaJobs may require additional verification before processing my request to protect my account from unauthorized deletion.
  • I understand that account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days from the date of successful verification and submission.
  • I confirm that all information provided in my deletion request is true and accurate.

By submitting an Account Deletion Request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
